Abstract India is celebrating 75 years of independence. In these 75 years, India has witnessed many transformations domestically and internationally (1).We need to articulate our vision, firm up a goal and get people, policies and institutions aligned to the future vision (2).A country that is the abode of over 1/6th of the global population; it is a nation that is vibrant with the dream of its people. India of the 21st century is not just a nation, but a dream-a vision of countless souls aspiring to belong to a strong, self-reliant, powerful and developed nation (3)." Late shri Dr. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India once said, "Dream is not what you see in sleep. Dream is something which does not let you sleep." The nation is poised for a major power status; but the crucial question is: whether India will be able to achieve that status, because of internal and external constraints (4).The recent covid-19 pandemic had also an adverse impact on growth, employment, health and education etc. In this paper, issues and policies are discussed beyond India@75 for achieving growth, inclusion and development (5).Global issues are crucial for India's growth because of its integration with the rest of the world. Better macroeconomic policies, sectoral policies, higher rates of investment in infrastructure, the use of technology, higher export levels, improved banking and other financial institution performance, and increased exports are all necessary for the country to achieve higher growth. Additionally, one of the largest challenges to progress is corruption. It has the potential to rip society's fabric apart, and it already is. It is one of the biggest threats to development (6).

After India gained Independence from the British, the name of Lushai Hills District was changed by a parliamentary act in 1954 to Mizo District. The Chieftainship system ended with the creation of the Mizo District. Village Councils were established in Mizo Lushai Hills District (Mizoram). The Village Councils in Mizoram are a crucial element of local governance and it evolved from the traditional chieftainship system to more structured, government-controlled entities. This transformation was marked by the Lushai Hills District (Village Council) Act of 1953, which formally established Village Councils, granting them administrative and judicial powers within their jurisdictions. The study provides comprehensively the administrative, judicial, and political roles of Village Councils based on the Village Council Amendment Act of 2014, it also highlights the influence of state government control and the implications of party politics on their functionality. It analyses the constraints faced by Village Councils, including financial dependencies and limited autonomy, and their impact on local governance and development initiatives.

The analysis of consumer reviews is a crucial aspect of understanding customer satisfaction and improving product offerings. This project focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting consumer reviews from various online platforms to derive insights into consumer preferences and pain points. By employing natural language processing (NLP) techniques and sentiment analysis, the project aims to categorize reviews into positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. Additionally, topic modeling is used to identify common themes and issues mentioned by consumers. The findings from this analysis will help businesses enhance their products and services, tailor marketing strategies, and ultimately increase customer satisfaction. Through this project, we aim to demonstrate the value of leveraging consumer feedback for strategic decision-making and business growth.

Emotion recognition systems based on facial gestures can analyze andtag emotional states from video recordings in real time. These systems work onthe premise that specific facial expressions correspond to particular emotions.Among the six primary emotions, depression is notably significant as a mooddisorder characterized by feelings of sadness, anger, or loss that disrupt dailyactivities. Early detection of depression is vital to prevent severe consequences.Theprojectaimstoanalyzeuseremotionsthroughreal-timevideousingConvolutional Neural Networks (CNN). The rapid evolution of the educational landscape, accentuated by the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in India, emphasizes the integration of Art-Integrated Learning (AIL) in remote teaching environments. This study explores the implementation of AIL within remote teaching, focusing on both the challenges and opportunities it presents in light of NEP 2020's transformative vision. The research employs a comprehensive literature review and analysis of various pedagogical strategies and technological interventions that facilitate AIL in remote settings. Results indicate that while AIL promotes creativity, critical thinking, and engagement through digital platforms, it also encounters challenges such as technological disparities, adaptation of hands-on activities, and the need for extensive teacher training. Effective strategies include the use of interactive technology, hybrid learning models, and professional development for educators. The paper concludes by proposing modifications to teacher education programs to include comprehensive training in digital tools and AIL methodologies, ensuring educators are equipped to deliver impactful learning experiences. This study contributes to the discourse on educational reform and the strategic integration of art in remote teaching, aligned with the holistic goals of NEP 2020.

Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni stands as a luminary in Indian English literature. Her novel, The Palace of Illusions, a reimagining of Vyasa's The Mahabharata, mm of women, their quest for identity, male dominance, unique female perspectives, and the status of women during the era of The Mahabharata. It vividly portrays the humiliations faced by women as the inevitable challenges of life. Draupadi's story, as depicted in the epic, illustrates how women were expected to conform to tradition and culture unquestioningly. Draupadi's perspectives, however, starkly contrast with those of ordinary women, resulting in outcomes as formidable as her character. Her determination and courage permeate the novel, enchanting readers with its charm and gripping narrative. Whether set in ancient times or the modern era, the plight of women remains fraught with challenges, demanding them to navigate and respond to their circumstances. Draupadi's life, despite her royal birth, is marked by suffering and resilience. Her journey seeks to dismantle the stereotypical notions of womanhood. Our paper earnestly explores the clash between myth and modernity, birthing a new visage. It offers a fresh interpretation of Draupadi's voice as envisioned by Divakaruni..

This is the new age of Pharmaceutical industry, in which Pharmaceutical industry Many different types formulation is prepared such as liquid, tablets, capsule and Dry syrup. If we are talking about the formulation then fine Particles have important role in the Pharma. In polymer fields, fine particles are used for coating or encapsulations in drug formulations, food applications, and soft-hard electronic and magnetic materials. In material science fields, inorganic particles are used in semiconductor, sensor, catalyst, abrasive, optics, and electronic applications. In biomedical fields, nanoparticles are used in bio-imaging for studying drug delivery systems, in therapies for cancer treatment via heat treatment (magnetic hyperthermia) and neutron capture. Fine particles exhibit properties which are drastically different from the bulk. This opens up an area of research that is very challenging scientifically and technologically. Fine particles have been widely used for magnetic recording media, ferro-fluids, catalysts, medical diagnostics, drug delivery systems and pigments in paints and ceramics. Enhanced magnetic properties of fine ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic particles make them very promising candidates for high density magnetic recording media. A large number of techniques have been used to prepare magnetic fine particles including chemical reduction, hydrothermal, sputtering, SMAD (solvated metallic atom deposition), gas evaporation and aerosol synthesis.

This study aimed to integrate mindfulness-acceptance-commitment training into sports and to find the effect of this treatment on coping skills, competitive state anxiety, and athletic performance satisfaction. A case study approach was used to help two athletes from different sporting backgrounds. Case one experienced anxiety, panic attacks, self-doubt, and other physiological changes during the game. Case two had issues with performance satisfaction due to a high perfectionism urge. The athletes were tested on different psychological variables such as coping skills and competitive anxiety scale for case one athlete and athlete's performance satisfaction scale was used for case two athlete. An eight-week MAC-based treatment plan was developed and the training sessions were administered accordingly. The scores obtained post-treatment suggested that MAC training successfully helped the athletes improve their psychologically weaker areas by providing insight into themselves which eventually leads to positive growth in psychological health and wellbeing.
