The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in India proposes significant reforms and changes in the education system. It focuses on the overall development of future citizens and includes higher education, school education, vocational education, and early childhood care. However, the implementation of these reforms presents several issues and challenges that require attention. The key problems identified include inadequate funding, a lack of infrastructure, a shortage of trained teachers, resistance to change, and language barriers. Socio-economic and cultural diversity are the biggest challenges in implementing this policy. This paper provides a review of the problems and challenges of implementing the NEP 2020 and suggests possible solutions. The paper will try to suggest solutions, such as increasing public investment in education, incentivizing private sector participation, leveraging technology, promoting multilingualism, and improving teacher training and professional development. The successful implementation of the NEP 2020 will require sustained political will, investment, and coordination among stakeholders.

Mental health refers to our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, which affects our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It also plays a crucial role in handling stress, relating to others, and making decisions. Mental health is important at all stages of life. The World Health Organization reports that one in four people worldwide will experience mental disorders at some point in their lives. Risk factors for mental illness include stressful life situations, traumatic events, and the use of illegal drugs. Yoga is a potential tool for individuals to cope with stress and regulate their emotions. It trains the mind and body to achieve emotional balance. We argue that children and young people need such tools to listen inward to their bodies, feelings, thoughts, and ideas, as yoga can help them develop in sound ways, strengthen themselves, and become contributing social beings. In today's world, children and young people face numerous expectations and constant stimulation through the internet and other media technologies. Globalization exposes individuals to various new demands, standards, and options, leading to increased pressure to succeed in all phases of life, thereby affecting mental health. Modern society offers plenty of distractions and unwelcome attractions, especially linked to new media technologies and materialistic things. These factors have become predominant factors affecting mental health. Our study argues that yoga can help individuals cope with stress and contribute positively to balance in life, well-being, and mental health. Current research literature suggests that yoga can genuinely improve mental well-being. Incorporating yoga into an individual's life can improve resilience, mood, and self-regulation skills related to emotions and stress.

Currently, researchers use modern analytical techniques in a unique perspective of physical pharmacy to analyze the phase composition of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and have discovered that natural nanoparticles commonly exist in decoctions. This study aims to isolate and characterize the structure and composition of nanoparticles in Naoluo Xintong (NLXT) and investigate whether the brain protection effect of NLXT is closely related to NLXT-Nanoparticles (NLXT-NPs). Firstly, the dialysis-centrifugation method was used to separate the nanoparticles and then their size distribution, potential, and morphology were characterized. In addition, infrared spectroscopy and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometer (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) technology were used to analyze the composition of nanoparticles. As for the pharmacodynamic experiment, Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into sham, Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model, NLXT, NLXT with nanoparticles removing (NLXT-RN), NLXT-RN+Nanoparticles (NLXT-RN+NPs), and NLXT-NPs groups. After administration, the neurological function, histopathological changes, oxidative stress, and apoptosis level were measured. Our research showed that NLXT-NPs are mainly composed of polysaccharides, proteins, and saponins, with typical characteristics of two hundred-nanometer size and negatively loaded. NLXT can improve nerve function, reduce oxidative stress, and inhibit cell apoptosis. However, removing nanoparticles can significantly reduce the brain-protective effect of NLXT, which indicates that NLXT-NPs play an essential role in the efficacy of NLXT.

Richard Wright is one among famous writers from African American Literature. His novels are deeply rooted in the themes of racism and Poverty. This project is to study some short stories written by Wright as effects of colonialism. It is to trace the torment inflicted upon the black people who live in America. To analyse the narrative in terms of revealing the inner conflict of both the coloniser and the colonised. To critically examine the modes of resistance used by the African Americans to resist oppression. To analyse the historical reflexivity in the stories and also its relevance in the Contemporary society.

To look at the relationship between young individuals emotions of loneliness and social media addiction. The study comprised individuals from all around India who were between the ages of 19 to 26. The majority of participants are from north-eastern India, specifically Nagaland. The remaining were dispersed using an online technique among the states of India, encompassing the north, south, and north-east areas. There were 159 young people in the sample, ranging in age from 19 to 26. A target population consisting of 60 men and 80 women. Young individuals were given questionnaires via Google form as part of the data collection procedure. The study provides evidence supporting the hypothesis that higher levels of social media addiction are associated with increased feelings of loneliness among young adults. The findings underscores the need for further research into the mechanisms underlying this relationship and suggests implications for interventions aimed at promoting healthier social media habits to mitigate potential negative impacts on mental well-being, particularly in terms of loneliness.

Introduction: Almost everyone has been touched by a nurse at some point in their lives. As well as being with us at the moment of our birth, He is with us in times of well-being, sickness, recovery, and loss. Despite this, people still ask "What is nursing?", "What do nurses do?", During their transition into nursing, newly graduated nurses are particularly vulnerable, and they perceive a greater likelihood of leaving the profession early on in their careers. The image of the nursing profession is not only the people's attitude towards the nursing profession but also represents nursing as a whole. Methodology: This was a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study conducted at the Colleges and universities of Rohtas (District), Bihar select the 488 study participants by using purposive sampling through the GoogleForm survey. After the data collection researcher's data analysis on the based on objective and hypothesis of the study. Results: Among the study group, out of 488 study participants, a maximum of 77% have a positive image of the nursing profession, and, 23% of college students have a negative image of the nursing profession. The significant association between the contemporary image of the nursing profession and demographic variables such as the present stream of course (P value < 0.05). Discussion and Conclusion: In this regard, there is a need for strategies to increase the nursing image. It is important to continue to explore which factors affected and changed the image of nursing during the pandemic, and to design strategies to preserve the improved image of nursing among the public on an ongoing basis.
