 Abstract

The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has emerged as a transformative force within the Indian banking sector, transforming the way financial transactions are conducted. This study dives into the multifaceted effects of UPI on banks, analysing its implications on various aspects including customer behaviour, operational efficiency, competition, and regulatory framework. With its seamless and user-friendly interface, UPI has facilitated a sudden increase in adoption rates among consumers across diverse demographic segments. Banks have leveraged UPI to modernize their backend systems, automate routine tasks, and optimize resource allocation, leading to tangible improvements in service delivery and cost management. The transition towards digital payments is expected to fuel an increase in impulsive buying behaviour among individuals, further impacting the banking sector and consumer spending patterns. Traditional banks are facing increased pressure from non-banking entities such as fintech startups and digital wallets, which leverage UPI as a platform to offer innovative payment solutions. To analyse the impact of UPI on banking sector applications, how it influences the behaviour of normal people in impulsive buying and convenience of digitalisation. To analyse the use of UPI apps like Gpay, Phonepe etc. In conclusion, the advent of the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) in India has transformed the landscape of digital payments, offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility. However, its rapid adoption has brought forth challenges in the banking sector. While UPI transactions reduce fee-based income for banks and intensify competition from fintech players, they also necessitate substantial investments in cybersecurity and infrastructure. Moreover, the shift towards digital payments may strain banks' margins and interest income. In the foreseeable future, as digital payments become increasingly prevalent, the role of hard currency is likely to diminish, further reshaping the banking landscape.

 Abstract

Capparis zeylanica Linn. (Capparidaceae) has been used as a Rasayan drug in the Ayurvedic system of medicines. Capparis zeylanica Linn. Is reported to posses anti oxidant, antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial ,anti-ulcer and immunostimulant activity. Capparis zeylanica Linn. Is reported to Peptic ulcer is the term which refers to acid peptic injury of the digestive tract, and it results in mucosal break reaching the submucosa. Leaves of Capparis zeylanica are used as counterirritant, rubefacient, as a cataplasm in piles, boils and swellings. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the antiulcer activity of C. zeylanica ethanolic extract against chemically induced ulcers. Recently a new compound Eoctadec7en-5-ynoic acid has been reported from root part of this plant. The aim of present study is based on low cost, efficient and eco-friendly way for biological production of nanosized Zinc oxide (ZnO) with Capparis zeylanica leaf extract The present study is based on the work done till date regarding the phytoconstituents and pharmacological activity of Capparis zeylanica Lin.

In an era inundated with digital information, the proliferation of fake news poses significant challenges to public discourse, democratic processes, and societal trust. Media literacy emerges as a crucial tool in equipping individuals with the skills and awareness necessary to navigate this landscape effectively. This paper explores the role of media literacy in combating fake news by enhancing critical thinking, digital literacy, and information evaluation among users. By fostering a deeper understanding of how information is produced, disseminated, and manipulated in digital environments, media literacy empowers individuals to discern credible sources from misinformation. Drawing upon theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence, this study examines the effectiveness of media literacy interventions in different contexts and demographic groups. It discusses key components of media literacy education, such as source verification techniques, bias recognition, and the cultivation of skepticism without cynicism. Furthermore, the paper evaluates current challenges and opportunities in promoting media literacy, including the role of educators, policymakers, and technology platforms in fostering a more informed and resilient society. The interplay between law and theatre in India presents a compelling narrative of control, resistance, and cultural evolution. This paper explores the intricate legal framework that governs Indian drama, with a particular focus on the historical and contemporary implications of the Dramatic Performances Act of 1876. Enacted during British colonial rule, the Act was designed to regulate and censor theatrical performances deemed seditious or obscene, thereby curbing the burgeoning nationalist sentiments expressed through theatre. Through a detailed analysis, this paper traces the Act's origins, its enforcement, and its enduring legacy in the post-colonial era. It examines how the Act and subsequent legislation have shaped the development of Indian theatre, influencing both its form and content. The research delves into key legal texts, historical records, and landmark court cases to illustrate the ongoing tension between artistic freedom and regulatory control. The paper also highlights the role of theatre as a medium of social commentary and political resistance, showcasing how dramatists and performers have navigated legal constraints to address pressing social issues such as caste discrimination, gender inequality, and political corruption. Contemporary instances of censorship and legal challenges faced by theatre practitioners are discussed, providing a comprehensive overview of the current landscape.

The research into relationship enhancement programs for women experiencing marital discord has revealed promising results in terms of improving their well-being and sense of fulfillment. Through a combination of group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building exercises, these programs aim to equip women with the tools to navigate the challenges they face in their marriages. Additionally, by providing a safe and supportive environment, these programs offer women the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship Marital discord can have a significant impact on women's mental and emotional well-being. Research has shown that women experiencing marital discord are at a higher risk of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Understanding the root causes of marital discord is crucial in order to provide effective support and intervention for women in these situations. In our exploration, we aim to delve into the various factors that contribute to marital discord and its specific impacts on women. By examining the unique challenges that women face in these situations, we can develop targeted relationship enhancement programs that address their needs and empower them to navigate and overcome marital discord. Through this research, we seek to not only gain a deeper understanding of the issues at hand but also to develop practical strategies and interventions that can make a meaningful difference in the lives of women experiencing marital discord.

This paper studies on Impact of Human Capital Management on Organizational Effectiveness and Employees' Satisfaction in State Bank of India. The objectives of the paper are to study the impact of human capital management on organizational effectiveness and employees' satisfaction in State Bank of India. The study adopts descriptive research design and it imbibes both primary and secondary data. Convenience sampling method is applied for collecting the data through administering a structured questionnaire which are distributed to respondents. The sample size for the study is 200. The study is carried out in State Bank of India employees in Gorakhpur region.

 Abstract

Jean-Jacques Rousseau, a Genevan philosopher, writer, and composer, was a key figure in the Enlightenment, the French Revolution, and contemporary political, economic, and educational thought. 'Emile' is the noble creation of Rousseau. This qualitative study examined the 'Emile' with its revolutionary pedagogical insights for modern education. The present study also enlightened Rousseau's educational philosophy through 'Emile'. The researcher has found that Rousseau's naturalistic educational philosophy, rooted in human nature and self-discovery, has influenced modern educational theories like constructivism and student-centered learning approaches. Rousseau's philosophy emphasizes holistic development, natural talent cultivation, and ethical education, guiding educators in designing meaningful educational experiences. His ideas shape global educational systems and philosophies, including citizenship education, self-esteem, negative education, learning by experience, religious education, educational reform, and women's education. Rousseau believed in contrasting native and foreign cultures, giving self-esteem to childhood, avoiding negative education, learning by experience, and promoting a balance between teachers and students. His ideas continue to influence educational reform movements worldwide and continue to impact modern methods.
