Objectives: To find out proportion of cases of peripheral nerve radiculopathy in lower limb due to traditional buffalo milking posture of female farmers Methods: An observational study was conducted at different villages of Banaskantha region after checking inclusion and exclusion criteria, we take demographic data and asked their work-related questions to the milking female farmers. the sciatica bothersome Ness index and sciatica frequency index were filled by asking milking female farmers to know proportion of peripheral nerve radiculopathy in lower limb. Results: The milking female farmers of Banaskantha region have experienced symptoms of peripheral nerve radiculopathy during their milking posture. Also, the symptoms are increased in higher age group as compared to lower age group. Conclusion: In this study we observed that proportion of peripheral nerve radiculopathy symptoms are increased in milking female farmers due to traditional milking posture. Also, we have observed that with increased age group of female farmers there is significant increase in SBI total score and SFI total score. Most of the milking female farmers have no assistance during their milking job.

Nanoparticle synthesis has been a very important research area because of the wide use of nanoparticles in many fields. Green synthesis is one step ahead of other synthesis methods due to both cost reduction in production and environmentally friendly approach. Ultrafine particles are the same as nanoparticles and are between 1 and 100 nanometres in size, fine particles are sized between 100 and 2,500 nanometres, and coarse particles cover a range between 2,500 and 10,000 nanometres. Nanoparticle research (mostly metals) is currently an area of intense scientific interest due to a wide variety of potential applications in biomedical. The wide variety of core materials available, coupled with tuneable surface properties, make nanoparticles an excellent platform for a broad range of biological and biomedical applications. Biosynthesis of copper nanoparticles using Grape seed extract was prepared successfully. Phytochemical Analysis of Grape Seed Extract as done for both the Qualitative determination and Quantitative determination were done. The characterization studies such as UV-VIS spectra, FTIR, XRD, SEM were done with the green synthesis copper nanoparticles. The nanoparticles' anti -diabetic efficacy was tested. Antimicrobial activity was studied in bacteria and fungi, zones of inhibition were observed. Antioxidant activity was also performed.

COVID-19 is an acute respiratory disease because of SARS-CoV-2. The transmission of it happens very fast and someone with a low immunity is likely to get infected. Therefore, pregnant women is one of the population that have a higher risk to get infected. A lot of complications can happens because of the virus. Another problem that can accure is a finding of SARS-CoV-2 on newborn babies. So, there's a question about the possibility of intrauterine vertical transmission. The literature review is sourced from various research articles, study cases, and reputable website that published on 2020. The searching method of the sources used a keywords, inclutions and exclusion criterias. The final sources used 11 articles that already checked using critical appraisal tools. Based on the explanation from various sources. Intrauterine vertical transmission can happen. This conclusion is based on the evidences of SARS-CoV-2 discovery through placenta and the finding of IgM on placenta as a respond to the virus.

Discussion method is a 21st century instructional method which is crucial to text comprehension as it promotes critical reading and higher level thinking in reading. This study examined the effects of discussion method among 153 national diploma one students. A reading comprehension achievement test (RCAT) was used to gather data for the study. The RCAT measured two reading comprehension skills: literal and inferential. Analysis of data was carried out using Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) which revealed that discussion method improved reading comprehension of the students. The results showed that the students taught using discussion method achieved higher in literal and inferential comprehension skills than those taught using lecture method. The study recommended that teachers of English language to tertiary school learners should improve the reading comprehension of the students using the discussion method. Also the students should be encouraged to use higher order thinking skills in any reading activity.

It is generally a distinguished fact that Kerala is renowned as one of India's most literate states, abundant with efficient and hardworking young generation. As per the NIRF 2020 evaluation, 20 Kerala institutions are included among the top 100 universities in India. However, the perception of students in Kerala is that there is a strong aspiration to pursue higher education abroad and thereby obtaining an appropriate career advancement. This study is an elaborate attempt to elucidate the reason for the migration of students in Kerala and cherishing the ambition in obtaining permanent residence after graduation/further studyabroad.

Abstract: In the current times, health should be given highest priority in the current situation. It was best expressed by the Swiss-born physician Paracelsus, who said, "Health isn't everything, but without health, everything is nothing." In today's frenetic atmosphere, people's overindulgence in social media and the amount of time they spend on it, coupled with their strong indifference in sports and physical activity, weakens them over time mentally and physically as well as most critically, impedes societal growth. People's physical and mental healths are deteriorating day by day. As a result, a kind of anxiety or melancholy is emerging. They thus develop stress or a form of mental depression. This leads to a variety of forms of social degeneration. People are becoming impatient more often. Their hurried judgments have caused them to encounter a number of issues. For no apparent reason, they are growing despairing. Some people are making drastic choices, such as ending their own lives. The finest method for removing it is the path of yoga. The father of Yoga Philosophy, Mahar?i Pata?jali, mentioned Ast?ngayoga and asserted that it is a path to God-worship or liberation. However, yoga's spiritual path leads us to the ultimate understanding and eliminates the separation between the individual and the universal selves, offering us eternal happiness. The necessity or significance of yoga has grown significantly in the modern era since it promotes mental and physical development that is robust and youthful. When we practice yoga and maintain physical health, stress is insurmountable and our minds are strengthened for work. Regular yoga practice promotes body, mind, and soul harmony and leads to a person's holistic development. In addition to controlling issues and worries, yoga meets our daily necessities.

Rhinitis refers to inflammation of the nasal passages. This inflammation can cause a variety of annoying symptoms, including sneezing, itching, nasal congestion, runny nose, and postnasal drip (the sensation that mucus is draining from the sinuses down the back of the throat). Allergies are abnormal reactions of the immune system to substances that are otherwise harmless. When an allergen comes in contact with the body, it causes the immune system to react. Eyes, nose, lungs, skin and stomach are most prone to react to allergies. It can be treated well with homoeopathic medicine.
