This study investigates the dynamic behavior and stability of proteins and protein-ligand complexes through molecular dynamics (MD) simulations using the Desmond Molecular Dynamics system and the OPLS 2005 all-atom force field. The simulations aimed to explore the conformational changes, fluctuations, and overall stability of proteins in both their unbound forms and when complexed with ligands over a 10-nanosecond period. To assess the binding affinity and energetics of the protein-ligand complexes, the Prime/MM-GBSA method was employed, which calculates the binding free energies (?G binding) by considering various energy components, including the energy of the complex, solvation energy difference, and surface area energy difference. The study utilized the OPLS-AA force field and the GB/SA continuum solvent model to estimate the binding free energies, providing insights into the stability and strength of the receptor-ligand interactions, which are crucial for identifying potential drug candidates and optimizing ligands for enhanced binding affinity.

Social engineering attacks have become a significant danger in the field of cyber security because they take use of flaws in human psychology rather than technical ones to compromise security systems. These attacks frequently get past even the most robust technical defenses by preying on trust, controlling behavior, and manipulating attitudes. The goal of this research is to provide more potent detection and prevention techniques to counteract the several types of social engineering, such as quid pro quo, tailgating, phishing, and pretexting. Through the integration of sophisticated machine learning algorithms with psychological insights, the research offers novel ways that not only identify potential attacks but also develop defenses against them. The findings demonstrate how user education, behavior analytics, and real-time monitoring work together to significantly reduce the success rate of social engineering attacks and enhance cyber security in general.

Chronic venous ulcers, characterised by their recalcitrant nature and significant impact on patients' quality of life, pose a substantial challenge in healthcare. Despite advancements in wound care, conventional treatments often yield suboptimal outcomes. This case report presents the successful management of a chronic venous ulcer in a 52-year-old female through a comprehensive Ayurvedic intervention. The patient exhibited a six-month history of a non-healing ulcer on the lateral aspect of the right ankle, which was unresponsive to prior conventional care. An integrated approach, encompassing local wound care, systemic therapies, and blood-letting, led to complete wound closure within eight weeks. The case highlights the potential of Ayurveda in addressing the complex pathophysiology of chronic venous ulcers, necessitating further research to validate these findings and explore their broader applicability.

In this paper, dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) with high gain and wide impedance bandwidth for fifth-generation (5G) wireless communication applications. The DRA is designed to operate at higher-order TEx15? mode to achieve high antenna gain, while a hollow cylinder at the center of the DRA is introduced to improve bandwidth by reducing the quality factor. The DRA is excited by a microstrip line with a narrow aperture slot. The reflection coefficient, antenna gain, and radiation pattern of the proposed DRAs are analysed using the commercially available full-wave electromagnetic simulation tool CST Microwave Studio (CST MWS). The proposed antenna structures were fabricated and experimentally validated. Measured results of the fabricated prototypes show a 10-dB return loss impedance bandwidth of 10.7% (14.3-15.9 GHz) and 16.1% (14.1-16.5 GHz) for DRA1 and DRA2, respectively, at the operating frequency of 15 GHz. The results show that the designed antenna structure can be used in the Internet of things (IoT) for device-to-device (D2D) communication in 5G systems.

Art has no language, art is beyond any religion or caste. Art reflects the personality and emotions of every human being. An artist introduces his emotions to the society by exhibiting his art. Art is an unquenched thirst and is also an infinite ocean in itself. No artist, writer or even a poet can express it in his creations. The creator of the universe has created this universe and presented his art in such a beautiful manner that human civilization has not been able to discover the infinite possibilities hidden in it till date. When man was wandering in search of himself and was searching for the art of living in the world, the artist within him woke up or we can say that he meditated on his mind and created God in his mind. He changed his way of seeing the beautiful world and he gave it the form of art which comes from god-like thinking. The "Vishnudharmotra" Purana provides information on various subjects like dance, music, pindal, grammar, architecture and sculpture etc. "The origin of art is believed to have been from the creation of the heavenly Apsara Urvashi by Lord Vishnu. It is said that Vishnu had made her idol on his thighs and since then art originated. Vishnu taught this art to Vishwakarma".1 Who made artistic models of the creation of the entire universe according to his prescribed rules.1 India is also one of those models. India is a land where beliefs matter a lot. This belief is widely reflected in Indian art and it can be said that it has given birth to the style of mythological art. Here art specifically means 'Indian painting'. We often see these artworks using religious images and motifs as inspiration, with the aim of elevating the mind towards spirituality. We can also research further and find out that these symbols have been added specifically to enter the public psyche. Many Indian artists have used their beautiful imagination to create depictions of gods and goddesses in Ramayana and Mahabharata, mythology in their own style. These people used to decorate pottery as well as make realistic models of animal, bird, human and idols of gods and goddesses in them. This type of material has been obtained after excavation at prestigious places in India.2 We often see these artworks using religious images and motifs as inspiration, with the aim of elevating the mind towards spirituality. The application of big data processing, artificial intelligence, and advanced robotics technology, as well as their interconnectivity, to improve industrial performance and optimize energy consumption, is known as smart manufacturing. Analyzing advanced materials' characteristics and behaviours to optimize their performance in manufacturing processes is part of defining them for smart manufacturing. For materials to be developed that can react, adjust, or self-optimize in real-time during production, this characterization is essential. In this paper, the idea of "advanced materials for smart manufacturing" is defined, its characteristics are discussed, its current implementation status is stated, the difference between the current manufacturing system and the anticipated future smart manufacturing system is analyzed, and the related technologies and their contributions to smart manufacturing technology are discussed. Additionally, important methods and elements of the characterization of innovative materials for smart manufacturing were discussed, along with potential, implementation issues, and future directions. To guarantee that materials satisfy the demanding requirements of contemporary production settings, characterization of new materials for smart manufacturing necessitates the use of an extensive range of methodologies. Through the application of these characterization techniques, producers can create and employ materials that improve productivity, effectiveness, and creativity in intelligent manufacturing systems.

In Indian Philosophy the ny?ya and vai?e?ika school are known as allied, but there is a difference between the two schools regarding the number of categories. Although, Maharshi Gautama, the founder of Ny?ya Philosophy and Maharshi Ka?ada, the founder of Vai?e?ika Philosophy, did not specify any number of categories in their s?tragranthas, Maharshi Gautam mentions sixteen categories in his Ny?yas?tra and Maharshi Ka?ada mentions six categories in his Vai?e?ikas?tra to gain nih?reyasa. However, later on almost all navya-vai?e?ika ach?ryas accepted abh?va as a separate category, it must be told that seven categories are generally recognized in vai?e?ika philosophy. Although there is such a difference of opinion between the ny?ya and vai?e?ika school regarding the number of categories, the difference cannot be overemphasized. Because, just as all the things of the world are known by the sixteen categories recognized by the ny?ya, in the same way all those things are known by the seven categories recognized by the vai?e?ika. That is to say the sixteen categories of ny?ya can be included in the seven categories of vai?e?ika. In this article, after discussing the nature and number of categories following ny?ya and vai?e?ika school, I have discussed how the sixteen categories of ny?ya are included in the seven categories of vai?e?ika and finally seven categories are recognized.
