After consuming, petrol delivers high amount of carbon gasses and also numerous different poisons. Due to these toxins the air is polluted and this causes a negative impact to the people as well as their health and furthermore the climate. Due to the emission which takes place by burning of fuel the air is polluted. To keep away from these gases from mixing in open-air, we attach this silencer to our vehicles. The location of the silencer is at end of pipe from which emissions are released. Silencer attached to all engines controls these harmful gases from having a major effect in the air and safeguards people's health. Silencer, a component of the vehicle which controls the unwanted-sounds and also harmful-emission of gases coming through the Internal Combustion motors. An Aqua silencer is intended to minimize the use of regular conventional silencers on automobiles. Aqua silencer provides a negligible 'impact' and also streamlines the whole engine framework to produce less sound. Healthcare is vital for individual and societal well-being. It encompasses medical services, prevention, and wellness promotion. Adequate Healthcare enhances quality of life, reduces morbidity, and fosters economic productivity. Its significance lies in safeguarding health, addressing ailments, and advancing human potential and prosperity. Allocating limited healthcare resources presents a complex ethical dilemma that demands careful consideration of various moral principles and decision-making strategies. In the face of constrained resources and burgeoning Healthcare needs, the ethical dimension of resource allocation comes to the forefront. The quest for justice necessitates equitable distribution, focusing on prioritizing those most in need while avoiding discrimination. Ethical disparities in Indian Healthcare are evident in unequal access to medical services, inadequate rural healthcare infrastructure, and exploitation of vulnerable populations. Limited resources, corruption, and lack of transparency further exacerbate these disparities, compromising patient outcomes and hindering equitable healthcare distribution. Addressing these ethical issues requires systematic reforms, increased funding, improved governance, and enhanced healthcare education to ensure all citizens receive dignified, affordable, and high-quality medical care, regardless of socioeconomic status or geographical location. The methodology used while studying was descriptive and analytical to address the objectives and will use qualitative and quantitative data within the framework of the study. There is a need to improve knowledge, understanding, and expertise in areas of Healthcare. The study encourages discussions about challenges posed by healthcare resources and provides a clear vision of what is needed to address them through policies and decision-making processes.

Abstract: Wound healing is the body's natural process of regenerating dermal and epidermal tissue. The healing cascade is activated when platelets come into contact with exposed collagen leading to platelet aggregation and the release of clotting factors resulting in the deposition of a fibrin clot at the site of injury. . Tinospora Cordifolia (Menispermaceae) Synonyms: Giloe, Gurcha, Gulvel, Gilo. It contains Alkaloids, Glycosides, Steroids, Sesquiterpenoids, Aliphatic compound, and Essential oils, Mixture of fatty acids and Polysaccharides. Pharmacological Activities: Adaptogenic activity, Immunomodulatory Activity, Anticancer Activity, Anti-Inflammatory Activity, Antimalarial Activity, Anti-Allergic Rhinitis Activity, Wound Healing Activity, Antioxidant Activity, Hepatoprotective Activity, Anti-Diabetic Activity, Anti-Osteoporotic Activity, Radio-Protective Activity, Cardio-Protective Activity. The review article highlight the effect of the extract of tinospora cordifolia of the wound when is given in dose range of 200 - 250 mg/kg.

The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) in the delivery of health services is a major advancement whose impacts may be felt in the area of cross-border healthcare delivery. HCC is a phenomenon whereby patients travel across borders for medical care, and this practice has been on the rise due to reasons like; cheaper healthcare, availability of certain procedures and technologies that are not available in their home country, and they do not have to wait long for the treatment they need (Beuken, Bouwmans, Verstegen, & Dolmans, 2021). This research proposes to examine the opportunities that AI can bring to cross-border patient care to improve patients' satisfaction and treatment results, given the current issues facing the patients and healthcare facilities in those environments.

Surface-active chemicals are called surfactants. They include the ability to reduce surface tension, stabilize emulsions, and encourage foaming. Surfactants have benefits for a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic, and environmental. Surfactants have significant uses in the environment, including as increased oil recovery, Micellar enhanced ultrafiltration (MEUF), and the cleanup and dispersal of oil spills. The current work focuses on the commercial use of surfactants, as well as the advancements and potential applications of various surfactant types in the future.Study of surfactant-based methods for the detection and evaluation of water pollution in diverse lentic ecosystems, including still terrestrial waterways like lakes and ponds. With the aid of surfactants, it all comes together to form a broad study field called freshwater or aquatic ecology.
