 Abstract

Entrepreneurship can have transformative impacts that benefit rural areas and uplift underserved communities. In higher education, entrepreneurship instruction has grown over the last half-century but is in its nascent stage in nonformal youth development settings. A growing body of academic research has examined the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in raising youths' awareness of self-employment as a career option and creating an enterprising culture among them. The move towards self-employment is and will continue to become, an increasingly important element of economic growth and development. This paper aims to explore and investigate entrepreneurship education among youths, especially in rural Karnataka, to determine and evaluate its effectiveness.

 Abstract

Horticulture makes a substantial contribution to society by offering nutritious foods, vitamins, and minerals, as well as leisure activities. The horticulture sector in the Baruipur block faces numerous obstacles and limitations in terms of production and marketing, just like most of the agricultural sector there. Low farm output, low productivity, production swings, and subpar product quality continue to be hallmarks of horticultural farming. Hence, the present study is undertaken to evaluate the major environmental and physical constraints of horticultural crop production in Baruipur block in South 24 Parganas of West Bengal in India. Face-to-face interviews, quick assessments of rural areas, and a review of relevant literature were all used as data collection techniques. 150 agricultural homes in the sub division were surveyed to gather the data. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed on the data. Descriptive statistical analysis was used, such as frequency tabulations. Results of the analysis showed less erratic monsoon or the distribution of rains is not as per the requirements is the prime constraints of horticultural production in the study area, followed by unsuitable climate and soil erosion are considered as second and third major constraints respectively. Application of nitrogen and phosphorus to soil is a persistent problem for horticulture's soil fertility in the study area. Even though organic farming has been shown to be a low-cost technology for cultivating crops, some farmers in particular have found it difficult to market their products. Most farmers continue to use conventional seeds. The poor productivity and quality of farmers' output is one of their biggest problems. Some of these issues, like immigration law, trade protection, supply chain resiliency after the farm gate, land use, skill development and recruiting, and the promotion of health advantages, are outside the purview of Frontiers in Horticulture. One of the best methods to collaborate with regional horticulture growers to find solutions and encourage technology adoption is through a participatory-based approach. This strategy also makes sure that produced solutions are appropriate for their intended use and are simple to apply in commercial horticulture.

 Abstract

Abstract - Your skin acts as a barrier against everything that makes you who you are, so the condition of your skin says a lot about you. Any skin condition affects a person's social life and sense of self. Psoriasis is one of the major issues facing people in the present era when it comes to skin illnesses. The WHO estimates that 2-3% of people worldwide have psoriasis (April, 2013). Psoriasis is twice as common in men as in women in India, where the frequency ranges from 0.44 to 2.88%. The majority of patients are in their third or fourth decade, and there are 2.46 men for every female in India1, based on similarities in etio-pathogenesis and symptomatology, Ek-Kushtha and Psoriasis can be correlated. Since Ek-Kushtha and Kushtha in general are Bahu-Doshaja vyadhi in nature, the primary line of treatment for Ek-Kushtha is Shodhana. Virechana is a special remedy for Samsrista Kapha, Pitta-sansargaja Dosha, and also helps with Vata Dosha. Ek-Kushtha benefits greatly from Virechana karma because Kushtha is Tri-Doshaja vyadhi2.

 Abstract

Organ Donation is the process of giving an organ or part of an organ to someone else who needs it to survive. Nurses have proved to be the health fighters who have taken the responsibility very voluntarily with their heart and soul. Nurses are a critical part of health care system and contribute the largest section of the health profession.Increased knowledge and attitude of nurses towards organ donation will influence the people in donating their organs to save patient,s life. In this systematic review, an effort was made to find the present situation of knowledge and attitude of nurses and the effectiveness of the program conducted to encourage them. From the literature it was obvious that in most of the situations the knowledge and attitude regarding organ donation among nurses are not good enough. However, few studies state that nurses have adequate knowledge regarding organ donation and are influenced by many factors like age, experience and the unit in which they work. The studies concluded that the knowledge of nurses has improved after the intervention programs. From this systematic review it was found that the knowledge and attitude of nurses towards organ donation is not up to the expected level.

 Abstract

It was observed that studies that determined the effects of knowledge-management practices on the performance of the manufacturing sector in Nigeria were scanty. This prompted an investigation into how knowledge-based factors - knowledge creation and knowledge sharing influenced the performance of a food and beverage manufacturing company in Oyo State, Nigeria. A survey research design was the basis for carrying out the study. The questionnaire was employed for data collection. Data were collected on a four-point Likert scale having values that ranged from strongly disagree, 1, to strongly agree, 4. The sample size was determined based on Slovin's formula. 161 employees of the company were involved in the study. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. The findings of the study indicated significant positive effect (? = .195, t = 2.264, p < .05) of knowledge creation on company performance as well as significant positive effect (? = .747, t = 8.643, p < .05) of knowledge sharing on company performance. However, knowledge sharing indicated more potential to contribute to company performance. These findings signified positive effect of knowledge management on performance. The results of this study led to the conclusion that both knowledge creation and knowledge sharing played a pivotal role in strengthening the competitiveness of the studied company. Therefore, there was need for more effort to be made in making new knowledge available in the company and to ensure that it got to individuals and groups in the company as a means of catalysing innovation.

 Abstract

Abstract: This paper being with an introduction to the Microwave wireless power transmission technology has the potential to significantly enhance the endurance and range of unmanned systems, offering broad applications across various fields. One promising area is the Internet of Things (IoT), where this technology can effectively address the challenge of powering numerous devices, ensuring they remain operational without frequent battery changes or wired connections. Additionally, by integrating vehicle-mounted microwave power transmission, we can efficiently power swarms of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), helping to establish an interconnected power network between air and ground systems. In this study, we developed a comprehensive technical index system and test evaluation methods that are crucial for advancing this technology. We analyzed the structure and functioning of a microwave wireless power transmission system, identifying key technical evaluation criteria for each component, including signal generators, power amplifiers, transceiver antennas, and rectifier circuits. To ensure robust development, we also established detailed test evaluation methods, outlining the necessary equipment, procedures, and processes. These efforts aim to provide a solid technical foundation that will drive the progress and practical application of microwave wireless power transmission systems.
