Design of the handle of any product is an important task. Handle designs significantly determine the productivity, user experience and the health of the user in the short and long term. This article is a study mainly about a specific category of product handles, referred to as anatomical handles. In the article, first, common paradigms of product handle development are discussed. The idea of classification schemes to understand the paradigm of design and making of product handles by their makers and sellers is later described. These become the basis for the authors to then systematically examine first, the concept of ergonomic handles, their importance and the scientific basis for designing these. Finally, the idea of anatomical handles is examined with the help of supporting literature from scientific research and industry. Reliable product and research literature indicates that anatomical handles offer multiple special benefits to users with special needs and tasks with special requirements. This study performs the task of offering greater scholarly visibility to anatomical handles, specifically in relation to the idea of ergonomic handles.

Upper arm anthropometry potentially provides useful estimations of body composition and nutritional status. This present cross-sectional study examined the body composition and nutritional status of 1411 Galo school children (683 boys, 728 girls) aged 5-14 years in West Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Measurements included height, weight, mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC), and skinfold thickness (SFT). Anthropometric measurements such as height, weight, MUAC and skinfold thickness (TSF) were recorded. Body composition and nutritional status were assessed using upper muscle area (UMA), arm fat area (UFA), and MUAC for height. Age sex specific overall adiposity in TSF, UFA , arm fat index and upper arm fat area estimates were higher among the girls than boys (p ? 0.01) but UMA and upper arm fat area were higher among the boys than girls (p?0.05). The prevalence of low MUAC for height was higher among girls (19.91%) than boys (10.68%) (p?0.05). These findings provide valuable insights into the body composition and development nutritional status of Galo children, highlighting the importance of considering sex-specific differences in anthropometric profiles.

Human trafficking is the fastest growing criminal businesses in the world due to its high profitability of $5 - 7 billion annually. It has low risks of detection, prosecution and arrest compared to other transnational crimes. While the legal controls are state-based, the crime groups are transnational which creates difficulties for law enforcement to combat effectively. It is clear that trafficking of persons is a pressing problem, at both the global and local level, with an urgent need for action. Human trafficking is a worldwide epidemic that deprives women, men and children of their basic rights each day. It has been recognized as one of the fastest growing crimes in the world that profits from the exploitation and victimization of human beings and undermines national economies and human safety. Virtually all countries are affected, acting as countries of source, transit, destination or a combination thereof. Over the last decades, human trafficking has captured significant attention worldwide and raised awareness on the different forms of exploitation and its consequences. While it is clear that the global community is committed to counter human trafficking, there is still much to be done to eradicate this crime. The multifaceted and clandestine nature of human trafficking poses a challenge for effective prevention, victim protection and prosecution related measures and policies. Its linkages with illegal migration, labor issues and health problems underline the complexity of the problem and demand different approaches from all actors. It is crucial now more than ever for actors at the international, regional and local levels to cooperate, coordinate and share responsibility in the fight against human trafficking. Law enforcers, local and national governments, international organizations and non-governmental rganizations are among the key actors at the forefront of this fight. In particular, local governments play a significant role in reducing the vulnerability of potential victims, providing support and assistance to presumed and current victims, and implementing development strategies that address the root causes of trafficking, all in alignment with international human rights standards.

Senna occidentalis L. is a medicinal plant known for its traditional use in various therapeutic applications. In this study, we aimed to elucidate the metabolite profile of Senna occidentalis L. root extract using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The phytochemical composition of the extract was analyzed to identify and characterize the bioactive compounds present. The GC-MS analysis revealed a diverse array of volatile and non-volatile compounds in the Senna occidentalis L. root extract, including alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, and other secondary metabolites. LC-MS/MS further provided a comprehensive identification of the polar and non-polar constituents, allowing for a more in-depth understanding of the chemical composition. To explore the potential therapeutic applications of the identified compounds, the antimicrobial activities of the Senna occidentalis L. root extract were evaluated against a panel of pathogenic microorganisms. The extract exhibited notable antimicrobial effects, demonstrating its efficacy against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi. The findings from this study contribute valuable insights into the chemical composition of Senna occidentalis L. Roots and highlight its potential as a source of bioactive compounds with antimicrobial properties. Further research is warranted to isolate and characterize specific compounds responsible for the observed activities, paving the way for developing novel pharmaceuticals or natural products for therapeutic applications.

Constipation is a medical illness that is similar to the Ayurvedic conditions Vibandha or Badhapurish. One of the key causes of parents' growing worry is the pediatric ailment known as Vibandha. It manifests as a children's having trouble pooping, which is accompanied by firm stools and infrequent bowel movements. In the pediatric age group, the highest incidence of constipation occurs between the ages of 2 and 5. Constipation caused by Hetus such as Vata Dushita Stanya Sevana, Krimi, Purish VegaVidharana, etc. is reported by the majority of pediatric group. It eventually results in the infant suffering from Vibandha due to the vitiation of Samprapti Ghataka, including Amotpatti, Vata Prakopa, and Jatharagni Mandya. Numerous problems, such as Chardana, Rasa Kshaya, Karshya, etc., arise with Vibandha. It is simple to avoid constipation than to treat it with proper workout maintenance. The main objectives are to introduce Vibandha as a disease by detailing Nidan Panchak, especially the Rupa, Samprapti, etc., and to establish a missing link between them.

Electronic waste (e-waste) is rapidly emerging as one of the most critical environmental challenges, especially in developing economies like India. The unprecedented growth in the use of electronic devices and subsequent obsolescence has led to massive amounts of e-waste. Madhya Pradesh, a central Indian state, is no exception to this global trend, with its urban centers such as Bhopal, Indore, and Jabalpur contributing significantly to the state's growing e-waste problem. This paper provides an extensive review of the literature on e-waste management in Madhya Pradesh, exploring the generation, handling, recycling practices, and the policies governing e-waste management. The review includes past studies, challenges, public awareness initiatives, and government interventions. The findings highlight the existing gaps in infrastructure, formal recycling, and enforcement of regulations and suggest pathways for improvement.

Green packaging is integral to the success of circular economy models, which aim to create a sustainable economic system by minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency. Unlike traditional packaging, which often contributes to environmental degradation through single-use or non-recyclable materials, green packaging focuses on sustainability by utilizing materials that are recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable. This approach supports the circular economy's core principles of extending product lifecycles and reducing waste generation. By integrating green packaging, businesses contribute to a more sustainable supply chain, reducing their carbon footprint and lessening the environmental impact of their products. This shift not only mitigates waste but also enhances resource recovery by ensuring that packaging materials can be effectively reused or repurposed. Green packaging solutions often involve innovative design strategies that prioritize material efficiency and reduce the need for excessive packaging. Incorporating green packaging into circular economy models also fosters consumer awareness and responsibility, promoting eco-friendly choices and encouraging sustainable consumption patterns. Ultimately, green packaging helps close the loop in product lifecycles, aligning with the circular economy's goal of creating a regenerative system that benefits both the environment and the economy.
