Brain tumors are growths of nerves that don't work right in the brain. They make it hard for the brain to do regular things. It's caused the deaths of many people. To keep from getting this sickness, people need to be able to get the right care and find it quickly. Finding brain cells that have been damaged by tumors is hard and takes a lot of time. On the other hand, picture processing has a lot of problems when it comes to how well and how quickly it can find brain cancers. This study paper describes a new, better, and more accurate way to find brain cancers. The improved convolution neural network (CNN) method helps us pick the best features by using grey wolf and whale optimization. Brain cancer can be found with the CNN algorithm. This system checks its performance against another optimization method that is already out there and says that its work is better based on factors like precision, accuracy, and memory. Python is the computer language that was used to make this system. This improved method has been shown to find brain cancers 98.9% of the time.

This study is a comprehensive literature review with content analysis to synthesize the outcome of philosophical ideologies proposed by Swami Vivekananda on various contemporary issues and concerns. Swami Vivekananda is a Hindu monk who revitalized Hinduism and introduced the power of spirituality to the Western world. He proposed and propagated the ideologies of holistic education, social reform, interfaith, harmony, religion, peace, and spiritual resilience. This study reviews Swamiji's teachings and propositions across multifaceted domains of education, social justice, mental health, religion, universal brotherhood, peace, harmony, nationalism, unity, and integrity. A systematic attempt is made to identify key areas where his ideas have continued to shape modern thought processes and practices based on the available literature from published scholarly articles, books, and internet sources. The paper also examines the relevance of his principles including self-reliance, moral education, and spirituality to address modern societal problems such as inequality, cultural identity, and environmental sustainability. The study identifies significant research gaps to work further. It is found that the philosophical thoughts of Swami Vivekananda retain their charm and memento even in the 21st Century because of their vigor, message, power to guide the world to discover ways to find holistic well-being, universal brotherhood, social cohesion, global unity, ecological balance, and blissful life.

Blepharitis is a most common and most recurrent disease seen in the society. Therefore, this study was done to evaluate the efficacy of Triphala, Sariva Churna Bidalaka for the management and to prevent the recurrence of Blepharitis. Materials & Methods: A fully conscious, normal oriented 51-year-old female patient visited In the Ophthalmology outpatient department on the 10th of September 2024 with complaints of itching, inflammation and redness of both eyelids from 7 days. As per the history given by the patient, she also has complaints of dry scalp and has been taking treatment at private clinic for the same but has had mild relief in her symptoms. The patient was treated with Triphala, Sariva Churna Bidalaka once a day in the evenings for 7 days. Routine follow-up was carried out, and regression in the symptoms was noted. Result: At the end of the study, complete remission was found in the whitish dandruff like scales on upper eyelid margin in both eyes, itching, pain, redness and inflammation in both eyes. No recurrence of any symptoms was found during follow up period. No adverse event was reported during study. Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that Ayurvedic approaches are helpful in managing blepharitis. This study emphasizes on the importance of integrated approach in healthcare.

Education is definitely a fundamental right, necessary for a person's empowerment and the advancement of society as a whole. The right to education is the fundamental human right of every Indian citizen, whether born in a high-profile civilization or in a remote, underdeveloped town.. However, Children with Disabilities (CWDs) need special type of facilities and resources which may not be provided by the present scheme of our education system. There are many CWDs of school who are not enrolled in primary schools, even the number of those who are enrolled in primary schools progressively reduces as they proceed to the upper classes of primary education. Therefore, many CWDs do not enjoy their right to primary education despite the government's efforts to provide education to all children in Uganda. The rationale for this study is to identify the challenges faced by parents of CWDs, teachers and local government in providing primary education to CWDs especially in main streams schools.

Lab. workers are at risk of infection because of their daily exposure to micro-organisms. Consequently, many cases of lab.-associated infections have been reported. OSHA, CDC and many other groups provide standards and guidelines for lab. safety. Hand hygiene is an important element of all these standards. While health-care workers (HCW) in patient care should disinfect their hands mainly to prevent transmission of pathogens to patients, lab. personnel should do so to protect themselves.

Significant depletion in the protein content was noted in red mud waste extract exposed fish brain tissue, when compared to control fish brain tissues. The protein content in liver and muscle tissues of red mud waste extract exposed fishes decreased compared to control fish tissues. The percent decrease of protein content increased with the increase in exposure period and maximum depletion was noted after 28d exposure. It was observed that the exposed brain tissue was least affected compared to liver and muscle tissues of the exposed fish compared to control. The liver tissue was affected most during exposure period compared to muscle. But after 28d of recovery, surprisingly, it was observed that the muscle tissue was more affected compared to other tissues. Brain and muscle tissues could recover insignificantly but the liver tissues were more damaged and the affected tissues could not recover during recovery period. Significant variation in free amino acid content of the tissues of exposed fish brain, Liver and muscle was noted when compared to control fish tissues. The figure indicated significant variation in free amino acid content in the tissues of exposed fish liver tissues, when compared to control fish liver tissues. The brain tissue was least affected than liver and muscle tissues. The data indicates no significant recovery was noted in all the tested fish tissues compared to control fish tissues. The biochemical tests conducted on the exposed fish indicated the interference of the lechate waste on fish tissues. The depletion in DNA & RNA content can be related to cell death. At this stage, we can't infer that the toxicant interfered in DNA synthesis. The decrease in RNA content in exposed fish tissues might be due toxicant interference in protein synthesis mechanism. This view needs further studies. The decrease in protein content might be due to proteolysis or non assemblage of FAA to form proteins. This needs further studies. The decrease in FAA content in exposed fish tissues might be due to non production / synthesis of amino acids. The break down of protein leading to production of FAA was ruled out as the FAA content increase was not marked in the exposed fish. With this work it is premature to say clearly the impact of the toxicant on the biochemical metabolism of the fish. In future molecular level studies can be conducted.
