 Abstract

Following the emergence of the Blue economy concept, there were growing suppositions on its potentials to diversify Nigeria's economy and be used as alternative source of revenue for national economic development. This paper qualitatively examined the prospect and challenges of the concept through reviews and practices by nations that have ventured into it. It unlocks the areas of opportunities and contributions of the exploitation of blue economy in strengthening the development of Nigeria. The study reveals that oil and gas sector has been and is still the major source of revenue for Nigeria's economic development in spite of the enormous potential offered by other sectors of the blue economy which can be harnessed to enhance the economic development of the country. It further revealed that blue economy can be developed to generate energy thereby solving the power generation, transmission and distribution challenges that bedeviled the country over the years, which could act as a catalyst for the economic development of the country. The study uncovered technical capacity building, weak institutional arrangement and misplaced priority as challenges militating against the development of blue economy growth in Nigeria. The need for a more innovative blue enterprise initiative of empowering stakeholders in the maritime industry in order to strengthen their capacity to fully harness the potentials of marine resources so as to boost the socio-economic development of Nigeria is suggested. The need for the nation to value the contribution of natural oceanic capital to the welfare of her citizenry with the intents of making right policy decisions including trade- off between the different sectors of the ocean resources are further suggested.

 Abstract

This study examines the role of dung roller beetles to sustain agricultural area of Taranagar Tehsil of Churu district. Dung roller beetles are belonging from order Coleoptera of class Insecta of Arthropoda phylum. Dung beetles' feeds on cattle's faces. They burrow the cattle's dung entering through tunnels and makes round shape rolls, so that these are namely refers to as dung roller beetle. In this study authors are conclude that dung roller beetles play its crucial role to make sustainable environment of agriculture area in several ways such as- nutrient recyclers, decomposers, secondary pollinators, cattle's disease controllers, soil health indicators, etc.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT: Herbs have been used for centuries in various cultures for their potential health benefits. Many herbs contain compounds that can have positive effects on the body, and they are often used in traditional medicine practices. According to World Health Organisation, over 80% of the world's population relies on the traditional medical system, which is mostly plant-based, to provide for their basic medical needs. In India AYUSH medicine is highly growing to solve many health-related issues. Unani is one of the unique systems of AYUSH medicine, which is based on humoral theory. Treatment approach is based on plants, mineral, and animal origin drugs. In Unani System of medicine, a well-known, common plant known as Biskhapra (Trianthema portulacastrum Linn.), which is a member of the Aizoaceae family. Whole plant is used for medicinal purposes. Main action of this plant is Mudirr-e-Baul (diuretic), Muqavwwi-e-Gurda (nephroprotective), Mudirr-e-Haiz (emmenagogue), Jali (detergent), Muqawwi-e-Baah (aphrodiasic), Musakkhin (calorific), Muqawwi-e-Kabid (hepatoprotective) etc. This plant contains a number of bioactive chemicals that are frequently utilized to treat various ailments. Steroids, flavonoids, lipids, terpenes, carbohydrates, tannins, is punarnavine, and alkaloids are the main chemical components of this plant.Traditionally Biskhapra used as Analgesic, inflammation, diuretics, laxative, stomachic, treatment of blood disease, Anaemia, cancer, diabetes, hypothyroidism, dyslipidaemia, kidney disorders and night blindness etc.This plant can be used both orally as well as locally as per need.

It examines how these technologies optimize athlete performance, improve health monitoring, enhance strategy formulation, and boost operational efficiency in sports infrastructure. Findings reveal that data analytics and machine learning improve training and performance outcomes, while wearable tech aids in health monitoring and injury prevention. AI enhances decision-making and strategy, and VR/AR improves training and fan engagement. Automation and robotics streamline sports event management, improving efficiency and reducing errors.

Eliot's The Waste Land (1922) stands as a cornerstone of modernist literature, embodying the movement's departure from traditional forms to reflect the fragmented reality of the early 20th century. The poem's complex interplay of cultural, literary, and religious references mirrors the disarray of post-World War I society. A subtle yet significant influence on Eliot's work is the Upanishads, ancient Hindu texts that delve into existential themes of reality, self, and the divine. Although not directly cited, the Upanishads' exploration of spiritual desolation and the quest for enlightenment permeates Eliot's depiction of a fractured world seeking redemption. The motifs in The Waste Land, such as the Fisher King and the use of water imagery, echo the Upanishadic themes of spiritual barrenness, renewal, and the pursuit of transcendent truth.  Abstract

Due to low harmonic distortion of the line current, bi-directional power flow and unity power factor feature offered by Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) based active front-end converters are widely used in industrial applications which served as additional benefits. This paper conducts a comprehensive study on the modeling and control of a three-phase active front-end rectifier system with decoupled dq based control strategy. The operational details of the active front-end converter system are investigated, along with considerations regarding controller design to enhance disturbance rejection and robustness. Experimental validation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed control method on improving system performance in different operational circumstances.

 Abstract

The rapid technological advancements of the 21st century have paved the way for innovative solutions to address pressing societal challenges, including the safety of women. This paper critically examines the potential of Internet of Things (IoT)-based technologies to enhance women's safety in various environments. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing IoT applications designed specifically for this purpose, the paper identifies key gaps and evaluates the effectiveness of these solutions in preventing and responding to threats against women. Additionally, novel IoT-based solutions are proposed, focusing on improving safety in both public and private spaces, while addressing the challenges and limitations associated with implementing such systems. The findings contribute to the growing body of research aimed at leveraging IoT technologies for societal improvement, with a particular emphasis on protecting vulnerable populations and advancing women's safety.

 Abstract

Sheetpitta is one among the important and common skin problem described in Ayurveda. Prakupita Vata and Kapha due to shita marutnidana when being mixed with pitta spreads internally and externally resulted into Sheetpitta Vyadhi. In present busy and fast life, one can't follow the rules of 'Dinacharya' and 'Ritucharya' described in 'Ayurveda'. Due to heavy industrialization and heavy traffic, one constantly comes into contact with various pollutants. The spicy and fast food eaten now a days, which have very fewer nutritional values and also having similar properties to 'Viruddhahara1. These all ultimately resulted into 'Dhatudaurbalya' (i.e. lower immunity). Which causes sensitization towards allergens as well as antibodies and produces various types of allergic reactions, one of them is 'Urticaria', which is very common. Now a days the spicy and fast food eaten which have very less nutritional values and also having similar properties to Asatmyasevan. 'Asatmyasevan'1 means the 'Exposer to allergens and antibody'. Due to this there is increased Vaat, Pitta, Kapha dosha in our body. Within the tridosha, Pitta dosha is most aggravating and causing Sheetpitta all over body. Sheetpitta can be correlated with urticaria. Sheetpitta [Urticaria] is a type I Hypersensitivity reaction which is manifested because of exposure to allergens. Epidemiology of urticarial is increasing nowadays due to industrialization.
