This research examines and compares cognitive abilities between working professionals and artists. The study aims to understand the differences in cognitive abilities between these two groups. The research involves 60 participants, 33 working professionals and 27 artists, all of whom are between the ages of 25 and 40 and live in Gujarat.Purposive sampling method was used to guarantee that job profiles were diverse. Data was collected using the Cognitive Ability Test (CAT-GMLB-2018) developed by Prof. (Dr.) Madhu Gupta and Ms. Bindiya Lakhani. Obtaining oral permission, developing rapport with participants, and giving the assessment instrument were all part of the data collecting procedure. The data was analysed using Student's t-test. The findings indicate that working professionals have higher cognitive abilities in general. Working professionals have a higher level of awareness, memory, reasoning ability and problem solving ability. There is no significant difference in understanding between working professionals and artists. The study's goal is to give significant insights into how occupational differences affect cognitive abilities in individuals.

The study aims to analyze the correlation between sleep hygiene and social networking among adolescents in India. We observed the relationship between social networking and sleep hygiene among adolescents in India through a correlational analysis, utilizing a total of 103 samples from the age group of 15-20 years across India. The data collection happened through both online and offline means: I created the Google form, shared the link, and shared it across; printed the survey form, and distributed it to nearby schools in Bangalore. The study is quantitative and objectively conducted, with a focus on demographics, sampling strategy, assessment tools, data collection methods, reliability, and validity. The limitations of the research include time constraints, the potential for bias and inaccuracy, and ethical considerations such as voluntary participation, informed consent, anonymity, and confidentiality. The quantitative study transformed the raw findings into SPSS for descriptive and correlational analysis, revealing a 99% correlation between the two variables. It is fascinating to see that the two variables in the title exist independently in their domains, yet there is an existing correlation between social networking and sleep hygiene among Indian adolescents.

Abstract: In 21st century, the gender inequality and caste-based inequality are major issues faced by Indian society. In 12th century, the Shivasharana movement led by Basaveshwar in Karnataka has made efforts to bring up gender equality and caste-based equality through their Vachanas and even everyone irrespective of their caste and gender were allowed to participate in Anubhava Mantapa and express their views on various socio-religious issues. According to Shivasharanas and Shivasharaneyas, both the genders are equal and all the occupations are also equal and holy. As such, all the castes based on occupations are equal in society. In this article, the ideas of some of the Shivasharanas expressed through their Vachanas are analyzed and discussed. Their ideas were also against social evils such as violence against women, Sati practice, etc. and they encouraged Widows' remarriage. In this way, emancipation of women and equality-based society were messages spread by Shivasharana movement.

There are numerous medicinal plants in india. With the development of science and technology, the general people has been using this medicinal plant extensively in an effort to come back health issues like pain and inflammation . The vital significance of secondary metabolites of plants as therapeutic raw materials has been further classified by discovery of numerous new pharmaceutical molecules derived from natural sources .The plant Tabernaemontana Divaricata also known as pinwheel flower is a member of the Apocynaceae .The current study examines preliminary phytochemical and anti-inflammatory screening of Tabernaemontana Divaricata. The flower has anti-inflammatory activity alkaloids , flavonoids , tannins, glycosides, terpenoids. To identify the components in the ethanolic floral extract by performing HRBC Membrane stabilization method &Inhibition of protein denaturation method. The anti-inflammatory properties of crude ethanolic extract of Tabernaemontana Divaricata were examined.

House price prediction is a critical area of study in real estate analytics, aiming to accurately estimate property values based on various features. In this study, we assess the performance of Multiple Linear Regression, Lasso Regression, and a Neural Network model for predicting house prices. Multiple Linear Regression provides a basic approach by modelling the linear relationships between house features and prices, while Lasso Regression adds regularization to enhance prediction accuracy and prevent overfitting. However, our findings demonstrate that the Neural Network model, which captures complex non-linear patterns, significantly outperforms the regression models in terms of accuracy. This highlights the potential of Neural Networks to deliver superior predictive performance in real estate price estimation, offering substantial improvements over traditional regression methods.

Natural Products are produced by all plants, insects, fungi, algae and prokaryotes. All these organisms coexist in different ecosystems and interact with each other in various ways in which chemistry plays a major role. Many natural products are biologically active and have been used for thousands of years as traditional medicines. Phytochemicals are the naturally occurring chemical compounds which are present in all types of plants. On the basis of presence of different types of phytochemicals plants possess different types of properties such as anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti -viral, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. In traditional medicinal systems Ayurveda and Sidha due to the presence of different types of chemical compounds the medicinal plants are used to cure different types of animal diseases. In the present study the phytochemical analysis of a most important medicinal plant Vitex negundo L. belongs to the family Verbenaceae has been analyzed.

During a patient's stay in the hospital, patient comes in contact with the various clinical and non-clinical services offered by the Hospital. So, the problems like delayed services, incompetent staff, inadequate communication, physical environment, etc play a major role in influencing the patient's experience at the Hospital. Since, patient-centered care is a fundamental tenet of Quality Healthcare, it is the need of the hour to deliver services which respond to and are sensitive to the needs and wishes of the patients (consumers). Hence, measurement of quality of care as per the patients' perspective and service redesign in accordance with it, would help the Organisation (Hospital) to achieve its goal i.e. to provide highest quality of patient care. The objective of this study is to measure the patient satisfaction in the In-Patient Department and to provide measures towards improving it. The study was conducted to identify issues faced by patients at the root level and provide solutions.
